Blu is partnering with a key client to build a flagship Barcelona hub. We are seeking a freelance sourcer/recruiter to own the German-speaking market track, finding, engaging, and pipelining top tech and commercial sales professionals.

You will work internally for Blu, conduct outbound outreach, screen candidates for quota achievement, technical fit and cultural alignment, and deliver curated shortlists to Blu's lead recruiters.

Formación

• 3+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience in agency, consultancy, or growing B2B SaaS business.
• Proven experience identifying and engaging commercial sales and tech profiles.
• Native or C1/C2 German fluency alongside full professional English.
• Ability to execute independently as a contractor while integrating seamlessly with Blu's project delivery team.

Responsabilidades

• Map German-speaking tech and commercial sales markets to identify passive candidates and build a pipeline.

We are looking for an energetic freelance sourcer/recruiter to join the internal Blu team on a high-visibility project for one of our key clients: an ambitious, rapidly expanding B2B SaaS innovator setting up a flagship hub in Barcelona.

In this role, you will work internally for Blu, taking full ownership of the German-speaking market track. Your core focus will be finding, engaging, and pipelining high-performing commercial sales and tech professionals to power our client’s European expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• DACH Market Mapping & Pipeline Creation: Map out German-speaking tech and commercial sales markets to identify and engage passive SDR and AE talent, building an active pipeline.


• Targeted Outreach & Screening: Represent Blu and the client brand to pitch the Barcelona hub opportunity. Conduct dynamic preliminary screens evaluating commercial track record, quota achievement, technical alignment, and cultural fit.


• Stakeholder Alignment & Pipeline Velocity: Deliver curated candidate shortlists to Blu’s lead recruiters, maintaining high candidate engagement to ensure maximum conversion through the recruitment funnel.


• Team Syncs & Market Insights: Collaborate in weekly internal Blu cross-market syncs, sharing DACH candidate feedback, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing strategies to optimize overall project velocity.

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience, ideally gained within a fast-paced recruitment agency, talent consultancy, or growing B2B SaaS business.


• Proven experience identifying and engaging commercial sales and tech profiles


• Native or C1/C2 German fluency alongside full professional English.
