Next Ventures in Spain seeks an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead to steer a large-scale transformation. You will lead the functional design, workshops, and configuration across Oracle HCM Cloud, coordinating with business and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Fluent Spanish and English are required, with proven experience in implementations and multi-country environments. This contract role emphasizes leadership, delivery excellence, and stakeholder management.

Formación

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or major transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the functional design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
• Provide functional leadership across the HCM workstream and ensure alignment with programme objectives.
• Lead workshops, requirements gathering and solution design sessions.
• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules as required.
• Review functional specifications and ensure alignment with Oracle Cloud best practice.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Support data migration, testing, defect resolution and deployment activities.
• Mentor other functional consultants and identify risks/issues.
