HR Path Valladolid busca un Consultor Senior de Oracle HCM Cloud para unirse al centro de servicios en la nube. Será referente funcional, liderando equipos y asesorando a clientes en implementaciones de HRIS y actualizaciones trimestrales de Oracle.

Se requiere experiencia sólida en HRIS AMS y dominio de Oracle HCM Cloud, con habilidades para coordinar con HR, IT y proveedores. Ofrecemos movilidad internacional y equilibrio entre trabajo y vida personal.

Formación

• Experiencia avanzada en HRIS AMS.
• Experiencia en Oracle HCM Cloud, especialmente Core HR y módulos relacionados.
• Capacidad para trabajar en entornos con múltiples interesados.
• Nivel alto de inglés, o francés, fluidez requerida.

Responsabilidades

• Unirse al equipo RUN y actuar como experto funcional, liderando y formando a otros consultores y clientes.
• Garantizar la calidad del servicio: SLAs, KPIs y gestión de riesgos.
• Organizar despliegues: releases, fixes y documentación.
• Asesorar clientes sobre actualizaciones de Oracle y su impacto comercial.
• Apoyar a los consultores con coaching y desarrollo de habilidades.
• Mantener prácticas y plantillas de mejores prácticas.
• Contribuir al modelo operativo y asignación de carga de trabajo.

Responsabilidades

• As a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant , you will join the RUN team within our Cloud Service Center and act as a functional expert , playing a key lead and coach role for both consultants and clients.
• Drive service quality : SLAs, prioritization, KPIs, structured communication and risk management.
• Organize and secure deployments : releases to production, fixes, regression testing, documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Advise clients on adopting Oracle quarterly updates : impacts, trade-offs and business value.
• Serve as a go-to person for consultants: coaching, support on complex cases and skills development.
• Structure and maintain best practices : templates, guides, checklists, configuration/support standards and knowledge capitalization.
• Contribute to the operating model : coaching junior consultants, workload management and arbitration/prioritization.
• Help improve delivery methods (quality, industrialization, documentation, tooling).
• Collaborate with project teams ( Build Run transition , stabilization, hypercare).

Requisitos

• You have proven senior-level experience in HRIS AMS (Application Maintenance Services).
• You know Oracle HCM Cloud and have expertise in one or more areas: Core HR (mandatory) , ORC, Performance, Learning, Compensation, and others ( certifications are a plus , not required if you have strong hands-on experience).
• You are comfortable in a multi-stakeholder environment: operations, HR, IT, vendor/publisher.
• Your level of English or/ and French is fluent.
