Randstad España seeks a Lead/Principal Oracle EPM Manager to drive architecture and delivery across global environments. You will bridge technical execution with business strategy, lead end-to-end projects, and shape automation roadmaps for resilient financial planning systems.

You will join an international team based in Madrid with a hybrid work model, engaging with CFO-level stakeholders and delivering high-impact solutions.

Formación

• Solid experience working with Oracle EPM (knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud is highly valued).
• Proven track record leading end-to-end projects and managing high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation and Financial Reporting processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience interfacing directly with clients and business/CFO levels.
• Languages: Fluent English and Advanced Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an ironclad delivery and day-to-day operational support while proactively designing the automation roadmap for a future-proof, resilient infrastructure.
• Act as the bridge between technical execution and corporate strategy, shaping next-generation Oracle EPM solutions.
