HR Path is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our RUN team within the Cloud Service Center in Spain. You will act as a functional expert, coaching consultants and clients, and driving delivery quality across deployments, releases, and testing.

You will advise on Oracle quarterly updates, organize knowledge transfer, and help scale our HRIS AMS services. Fluency in English and French is beneficial; remote work options are available.

Formación

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud in HRIS AMS preferred.
• Senior level with multi-stakeholder environment in HR consulting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach consultants and clients as a functional expert.
• Drive service quality through SLAs, prioritization, KPIs, and structured communication.
• Organize and secure deployments: releases to production, fixes, regression testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Advise clients on adopting Oracle quarterly updates: impacts, trade-offs and business value.
• Contribute to the operating model: coaching junior consultants, workload management and escalation.

As a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant , you will join the RUN team within our Cloud Service Center and act as a functional expert , playing a key lead and coach role for both consultants and clients. Drive service quality : SLAs, prioritization, KPIs, structured communication and risk management. Organize and secure deployments : releases to production, fixes, regression testing, documentation and knowledge transfer. Advise clients on adopting Oracle quarterly updates : impacts, trade-offs and business value. Serve as a go‑to person for consultants: coaching, support on complex cases and skills development. Structure and maintain best practices : templates, guides, checklists, configuration/support standards and knowledge capitalization. Contribute to the operating model : coaching junior consultants, workload management and arbitration/prioritization. Help improve delivery methods (quality, industrialization, documentation, tooling). Collaborate with project teams ( Build → Run transition , stabilization, hypercare). You have proven senior‑level experience in HRIS AMS (Application Maintenance Services) . You know Oracle HCM Cloud and have expertise in one or more areas: Core HR (mandatory) , ORC, Performance, Learning, Compensation, and others ( certifications are a plus , not required if you have strong hands‑on experience). You are comfortable in a multi‑stakeholder environment: operations, HR, IT, vendor/publisher Your level of English or/ and French is fluent Rapid career growth with numerous opportunities for development (horizontal & vertical): international mobility, training, and certification A good work‑life balance with remote working possibilities.
