A leading global recruitment business specializing in SAP is seeking a Spanish speaking HR IT Transformation Project Manager. You will manage crucial aspects of HR system integration, delivering on-time IT solutions while engaging actively with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring experience in HR technology projects and demonstrate strong project management skills. An ASAP start is preferred.

Formación

• Experienced in managing HR Technology projects; familiar with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP Payroll.
• Knowledgeable in project management methodologies including Prince2, PMI, Agile.
• Experienced in IT transformations, governance, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Quality Gates and Status Reports.
• Lead SteerCo meetings and manage key stakeholders.
• Own IT deliverables and ensure on-time delivery.

Spanish speaking HR IT Transformation Project Manager - 1.5 Yrs - 650- 700/day - EU or Spain based

bluewaveSELECT have been retained by a Global client to engage with the right HR IT Transition Project Manager to work with the business addressing any impacts to their HR system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Quality Gates and Status Reports
• Manage key stakeholders
• Prepare and lead SteerCo meetings
• Ownership of the IT deliverables ensuring management of workstreams ensuring ontime delivery
• Changing interfaces
• Set up the new environment
• Driving change & discuss processes with the HR department

Key Requirements:

• Experienced in managing HR Technology projects; Workday, ServiceNow, SAP Payroll (you do not need to be an expert in these areas)
• Project Management & methodology experience including; Prince2, PMI, Agile etc.
• Experienced with IT transformations - this is not a business/process transformation role
• Experienced in governance, change, stakeholder management etc
• Spanish and English speaking is essential
• Ideally you will be based in Spain or EU
