Teleperformance in Barcelona is seeking a dynamic professional to join our Digital Marketing Ads team. You will onboard new clients, craft and optimize PPC campaigns, and drive adoption and growth while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires 12 months of sales/marketing experience, strong CRM skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. This is a hybrid full-time position with a competitive compensation package.

Formación

• BA/BS in marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent Spanish (C2) and English (C1) with strong communication.
• 12 months of sales/marketing experience with client-facing responsibilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and willingness to learn AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Make outbound calls to promote and sell services.
• Detect and understand customer objectives and offer tailored solutions.
• Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns for immediate and long-term impact.
• Grow spend through upselling and cross-selling.
• Create, maintain, and update a customer database.
• Handle a high volume of potential clients daily by phone.
