Teleperformance seeks a Google Ads Sales Executive in Barcelona to drive growth by delivering tailored Google Ads solutions. You will manage client relationships, exceed KPIs, and adapt to evolving priorities in a hybrid setting.

The role requires 14 months of sales experience, Italian (C2) and English (C1), and a BA/BS degree (Marketing or Communications preferred). Competitive relocation and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• 14 months of proven sales experience.
• C2 level of Italian and C1 level of English.
• BA/BS degree; MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred.
• Performance-driven with target-oriented mindset.
• Experience in client-facing roles and effective service delivery.
• Agile adaptability and quick learning in shifting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with regional clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored service solutions.
• Manage a high volume of accounts, focusing on delivering exceptional service and sales support.
• Drive revenue growth by effectively selling and convincing clients, using strong sales techniques.
• Work with performance targets and KPIs to consistently meet or exceed objectives.
• Quickly adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and providing timely resolutions.
