Purpose of the role:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, understanding their needs, and driving new business through outbound campaigns.

You will help businesses collaborate better, innovate, and move fast. As part of the Sales Development team, you will be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses, engaging proactively to generate enthusiasm, qualify their needs, and guide them along the most suitable sales path.

You will work towards individual targets and contribute to the growth of our customer base across EMEA. The role is phone-based, primarily involving outbound calls to interact with customers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Enrich and nurture leads to contact key decision-makers.
  2. Lead digital sales efforts using diverse outreach methodologies beyond calls, including social selling and targeted campaigns tailored to specific personas.
  3. Plan and execute demand generation activities.
  4. Qualify prospects through discovery questioning to ensure business potential.
  5. Understand prospects' industry, business model, and IT architecture landscape.
  6. Engage CFOs and CEOs of medium-sized enterprises with over €50M in annual revenue in Spanish territory to promote ERP cloud transformation.
  7. Identify strategic projects and compelling events to create a sense of urgency.
  8. Accurately document customer interactions to maintain clear records accessible to all stakeholders.
  9. Arrange meetings with the sales team after qualifying opportunities with a warm handover.
  10. Deliver a set of qualified leads aligned with quarterly targets.
  11. Provide weekly forecasts and report on the status and next steps of customer interactions.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant experience in prospecting, business development, or outbound B2B sales.
  2. Strong business and financial acumen to discuss KPIs and consultative sales skills.
  3. Ability to build rapport and provide valuable insights.
  4. Hunting mindset with resilience.
  5. Experience managing CXO stakeholders.
  6. Growth mindset and ability to learn complex cloud enterprise applications quickly.
  7. Proficiency in Spanish at C2 level.
  8. Advanced English skills.
  9. Salary: €20,730.76 gross/year plus target bonuses up to €4,442.30 gross/year.
