Teleperformance in Barcelona is seeking a motivated Inbound + Outbound Sales Representative to identify, qualify and generate new education opportunities. You will manage prospecting via calls, emails and social channels, use Salesforce, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions.

Hybrid work setup, 39 hours per week, with a base salary of €19,623.94 plus a potential €2,290.42 in bonuses, along with relocation support and coaching opportunities.

Formación

• C2 level of Spanish and fluent English required.
• 1 year of experience in sales development or outbound sales.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and CRM proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation to build a robust pipeline of education clients.
• Outbound and inbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social channels.
• Qualify needs and align with solution benefits using proven criteria (e.g., BANT).
• Collaborate with client and internal teams to refine lead generation strategies.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce and CRM data for seamless handoffs.
