Next Job Abroad is recruiting a Customer Experience Specialist to support Spanish-speaking customers across Europe. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing friendly, clear assistance and guiding users through products and accounts.

The role requires native or strong Spanish, solid English, great communication, empathy, and a willingness to relocate to Greece. EU work eligibility is expected.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish (native or advanced written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Be the voice and face of global brands for Spanish-speaking customers across Europe.
• Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email with inquiries on products, orders, bookings, or accounts.
• Turn tricky situations into positive moments through clear, empathetic communication.
• Walk users through basic technical issues, service setups, or account features.
• Collaborate with international colleagues in a multicultural environment.

What You’ll Be Doing (The Role)

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the voice and face of global brands for Spanish-speaking customers across Europe:

• Be the Problem Solver: Assist customers via phone, live chat, and/or email with inquiries regarding products, order tracking, bookings, or account support.
• Deliver Top-Class Service: Turn tricky situations into positive customer moments through clear, empathetic, and friendly communication.
• Troubleshoot & Guide: Walk users through basic technical issues, service setups, or account features step-by-step.
• Collaborate Globally: Work side-by-side with international colleagues in an inspiring, multicultural environment.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest brand features, tools, and updates with ongoing support.

• Fluency in Spanish: Native or fluent (C1/C2 level) in both written and spoken communication.
• Good English Knowledge: (B2 level or higher) to navigate company systems and communicate with international team members.
• Work Eligibility: EU Passport or a valid legal work permit for Greece.
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years old.
• Digital Literacy: Comfortable navigating computers, multi-screen environments, and basic software applications.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, active listening, empathy, and a positive problem-solving mindset.
• Relocation Readiness: Willingness and motivation to relocate to Greece in the coming weeks.
