Spanish speaking Customer Support Specialist - Digital Advertising

Your responsibilities include :
- Processing licence, insurance, and business registration submissions to ensure compliance with quality guidelines for reviews and recertifications.
- Providing reactive support via phone and email to live advertisers.
- Examining reviews for guideline compliance, publishing or denying them, evaluating escalated photo submissions requiring language-specific support, and processing Google Guarantee claims.
- Reviewing live provider quality results and collaborating with partners to improve performance.
- Supporting provider retention by working with providers to improve lead results and managing at-risk and churn reporting.
- Preparing and setting clear expectations with businesses during onboarding and go-live processes.
- Developing a deep understanding of onboarding requirements across different regions.
- Working closely with businesses to gather and submit necessary information for onboarding.
- Advising and supporting businesses on verification requirements to facilitate their onboarding.
- Supporting ad-hoc operational tasks as needed.
- Working effectively in a fast-paced, evolving workplace.
Requirements :
- Native level of Spanish proficiency.
- Fluent in speaking and writing English.
- Experience in fast-paced, scaled operations environments.
- Experience in a call center and customer-facing roles.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and / or Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to have :
- Bachelor's degree in Business.
- Over 2 years of experience in related fields such as legal, trust & safety, vetting.
- Experience with local legislation or government entities.
- Familiarity with home services like plumbing, locksmiths, electrical, etc.
