What You'll Be Doing :

• Moderate content (text, images, videos) in Spanish, ensuring it adheres to community guidelines and legal requirements.
• Identify and remove harmful content such as hate speech, abusive language, explicit material, and spam to maintain a welcoming and safe online experience.
• Make quick, fair, and consistent decisions to ensure content follows platform policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex content issues and continuously improve moderation processes.
• Stay updated on emerging digital trends, challenges in content moderation, and best practices in digital safety.
• Strive to meet performance targets while maintaining high-quality standards of moderation.

Who We’re Looking For :

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in English to communicate with global teams.
• Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is beneficial.
• Attention to detail with the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of online safety, community guidelines, and digital security.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to creating a safer digital space.

Bonus Skills :

• Experience with content moderation tools or platforms.
• Familiarity with social media trends and internet culture.
• A background in legal, compliance, or media industries is a plus.
