  4. Maintain detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system.
  5. Assist clients during the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our services and resources.

  7. Participate in regular training to stay updated on product offerings and customer support best practices.

Requirements

  1. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  2. Previous experience in customer support or a client-facing role is preferred.

  4. Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks.
