The conditions are as follows:

  • Knowledge of native Spanish and English (B1 / B2)
  • Writing Speed: 20 words per minute
  • Initial Contract: 12 months (renewable)
  • Refund of the flight ticket
  • Salary without accommodation: 1366.16 euros + performance bonus (details disclosed by the company)
  • Salary with accommodation: 1040.66 euros + performance bonus (details disclosed by the company)
  • Health Insurance
  • 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, on a rotational shift pattern

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines.
  • Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer service database.
  • Handle and log client complaints according to the company's escalation policy.
  • Answer support calls and emails within the agreed SLAs and log appropriately.
  • Troubleshoot issues using open questions, support documents, and system training.
  • Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions.
