Formación

Start Date: July 7, 2025

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM (Shifts available: 9-17 / 10-18 / 11-19)

What You'll Do

  1. Find prospects to engage with to understand their business needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and drive revenue.
  2. Conduct research on customer contracts and history using platforms like Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  3. Deliver product demonstrations and create customer-specific use cases to highlight the value of the solutions.
  4. Manage your pipeline effectively, providing accurate updates to management on progress and forecasts.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and expand product adoption across solutions.
  6. Cultivate and nurture long-term customer relationships, understanding business objectives, and advising customers.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of outbound sales experience (prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and upselling).
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and subscription models.
  • Ability to analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Confidence in engaging with decision-makers & presenting to C-suite executives.
  • Experience in closing deals via phone, email, and social media.
