Lexroom is shaping the future of legal AI from its Madrid/Barcelona bases. We are hiring a performance marketing professional to plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta, ensuring end‑to‑end briefs, copy, and creatives.

Formación

• 3–5 years in performance marketing, paid media or digital marketing in agency or in‑house.
• Hands‑on campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn or Meta with strong metrics knowledge.
• Data‑driven mindset with attention to detail and multi‑campaign management.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Knowledge of automation/AI tools (Zapier, Claude, MCPs) is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta end‑to‑end.
• Monitor performance, budgets, pacing, and run A/B tests to optimise results.
• Track CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS; build dashboards and support attribution modelling.
• Collaborate with design/content to develop landing pages, lead magnets, and assets.
• Test new channels (TikTok, programmatic) and localise activities for ES markets.
• Coordinate with PMM, sales, and performance lead to align with launches and lead quality.
