Job Description:

We are seeking an Operations Customer Expert for the Spanish market, specializing in customer service and sales activities. This role is based in Lisbon and offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading direct insurance company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers via voice and email.
2. Managing claims, cross-selling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Delivering high-quality assistance while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday. The role includes comprehensive training, a Portuguese employment contract with holiday and Christmas bonuses, private health insurance, and meal allowances.

Relocation support is provided, including furnished accommodations, utility coverage, and on-the-ground assistance for a smooth transition to Lisbon.
