Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking fluent Spanish speakers to join its Customer Care team for November and December. You will respond via phone, email and chat, resolve issues, and help ensure a positive customer experience.

Eligibility to work in Portugal and ability to work in Lisbon is required. The role is a 12-month initial contract, full-time 40 hours per week with rotating shifts, plus relocation and benefits including health insurance and language classes.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine customer-focused mindset.

We’re looking for fluent Spanish speakers with a passion for customer service and technical support to join our Customer Care team in November & December in Lisbon.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.
