Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks fluent Spanish speakers to join its Customer Care team for a 12-month contract in Lisbon, Portugal. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with 8-hour rotating shifts, providing a dynamic, international work setting.

Eligible candidates must be able to work in Portugal, with flight reimbursement and health insurance offered. Portuguese language classes are provided to help you settle in Lisbon.

We’re looking for fluent Spanish speakers with a passion for customer service and technical support to join our Customer Care team in November & December in Lisbon.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.
