Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking fluent Spanish speakers for a Customer Care role. This 12-month contract covers November and December start dates with a full-time 40-hour week and rotating shifts.

Inbound support across channels and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction are core expectations. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and timely resolutions.

We’re looking for fluent Spanish speakers with a passion for customer service and technical support to join our Customer Care team in November & December in Lisbon.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.
