Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking fluent Spanish speakers to join the Customer Care team for a 12-month contract. You’ll handle inquiries across channels, deliver friendly, accurate support, and help customers feel valued.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts and relocation assistance. Eligibility to work in Portugal is required, and training will cover brand standards and procedures.

We’re looking for fluent Spanish speakers with a passion for customer service and technical support to join our Customer Care team in November & December in Lisbon.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.
