SharkNinja in Madrid is seeking a CRM specialist to lead personalized communications across email and mobile, optimizing the customer lifecycle from prospecting to re-engagement. You will support the Spanish eCommerce team by building and scheduling campaigns, creating automated lifecycle flows, and delivering messages that drive engagement and repeat purchases.

Strong Spanish fluency and HTML/Liquid skills are required.

Formación

• 1+ years’ experience in a CRM role, focused on engagement and optimization.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Understanding of HTML and Liquid to personalize communications.
• Numerate and data-driven, with ability to draw insights from data.
• Experience with email marketing platforms; Listrak (ESP) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Spanish eCommerce team by building and scheduling CRM campaigns.
• Create automated lifecycle campaigns across markets (retargeting, cross-sell, reactivation).
• Deliver personalized communications reaching target audiences at the right time.
• Analyze audience insights to optimize CRM activities and growth.
• Collaborate with designers and writers to ensure engaging content.
• Report on CRM KPIs to senior stakeholders.
• Proofread and test creatives before deployment.
