You will be responsible for reviewing and filtering content on a popular social media platform to ensure a safe experience for its users.
What do you need?
- Language skills: C2 level in Spanish and advanced English.
- Computer skills: User-friendly PC skills including Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platforms.
- Personal qualities: Goal-oriented and self-assertive.
- Cultural awareness: Knowledge of current cultural, political, and social events.
- Social media affinity: Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Experience: Experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact center environments is valued.
- Availability: Willingness to work both from the office and from home (within 100km of the office).
- Educational requirements: Completed mandatory studies as per Spanish legislation (e.g., ESO or High School). Higher education qualifications are an added value. Proof of studies will be required for hiring.
Work conditions:
- 38.5 hours/week contract (Monday to Sunday) with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week.
- Shift options: Afternoon (16:00-00:00) or Night (24:00-08:00).
