About the opportunity:

1. Outlier is looking for talented writers with fluency in Spanish (Chile) to help train generative artificial intelligence models.
2. This freelance opportunity is remote and offers flexible hours, allowing you to work whenever is best for you.
3. You will read Spanish (Chile) text to rank responses produced by an AI model.
4. You will write short stories in Spanish (Chile) on given topics.
5. You will assess whether AI-generated Spanish (Chile) texts are factually accurate.

Examples of desirable expertise:

1. Experience as a professional translator.
2. Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities or related writing field.
3. Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing.

Payment:

1. Current pay rates for core project work by Spanish (Chile) writing experts average USD $10 per hour.
2. Rates may vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Non-core work, such as onboarding or overtime, may have lower rates. Incentive payments are possible. Please review payment terms for each project.
