• Répondre et enregistrer les demandes des consommateurs via des lignes téléphoniques gratuites.
• Maintenir une saisie de données précise des demandes et retours des consommateurs.
• Gérer les plaintes clients selon la politique d'escalade des plaintes de l'entreprise.

The conditions are according to the following requirements :

• Knowledge of fluent Spanish & English (B1 / B2);
• Writing Speed : 25 words per minute.
• Starting date : June & July
• Salary : 1045,72 euros (x14) + monthly performance bonus
• Additional bonus :
• 300 euros upon completion of 3 months
• 300 euros upon completion of 6 months.
• Travel Expenses : Paid by our client;
• Accommodation : Our client offer the first 14 days of stay in Hotel, during this time will have a company looking for accommodation according to your expectations;
• Initial Contract : 6 / 12 months (renewable)
• Health InsuranceCoverage by the Greek Social Security Foundation (IKA) plus private health care for all employees

Responsibilities :

• To respond and record consumer enquiries / questions raised through free phone lines for customers.
• To maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database.
• To ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company's complaints escalation policy.
• To ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately.
• To troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training.
• To be able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions

Please see below the relocation package in are coming from abroad :

1. Booking and paying for your travel tickets and a taxi to transfer you from the airport to the hotel.

2. Up to two weeks accommodation in a hotel close to our premises provided by the company.

3. We will help you in order to find an apartment to stay either alone or share one with a colleague.

4. The company also offers Greek lessons, free Real Estate Agency fee & other Benefits.
