Currently, we are seeking Spanish speakers to fill several vacancies. Are you interested in moving abroad?

The conditions are based on the following requirements:

  • Knowledge of fluent Spanish & English (B1 / B2);

Writing Speed: 25 words per minute.

Starting date: June & July

Salary: 104,572 euros (x14) monthly + performance bonus

Additional bonuses:

  • 300 euros upon completion of 3 months
  • 300 euros upon completion of 6 months

Other benefits include:

  • Travel Expenses: Paid by our client;
  • Accommodation: The client offers the first 14 days of stay in a hotel, and will assist in finding accommodation according to your expectations;

Initial Contract: 6 / 12 months (renewable)

Health Insurance Coverage provided by the Greek Social Security Foundation (IKA) plus private healthcare for all employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and record consumer inquiries/questions via free phone lines;
  • Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries and feedback on the customer service database;
  • Handle and log client complaints according to the company's escalation policy;
  • Answer support calls and emails within the agreed SLAs and log appropriately;
  • Use open questions, support documents, and system training to troubleshoot issues;
  • Provide recommendations for common problems or FAQs.

Regarding relocation from abroad, the package includes:

  • Booking and paying for travel tickets and airport transfer;
  • Up to two weeks' accommodation in a hotel near the premises;
  • Assistance in finding an apartment, either alone or shared;
  • Free Greek lessons, real estate agency fees, and other benefits.
