An innovative firm is seeking a dedicated technical support specialist to oversee product support in Spain. This role involves remote assistance for product issues and field services, including inspections and repairs. Candidates should have a background in power electronics, preferably within the photovoltaic sector, and possess strong communication skills. Adaptability and a proactive approach are essential, as the position requires frequent travel and the ability to work under pressure. Responsible for all Growatt product technical support in Spain.
Remote technical support for product issues via telephone calls, email, and social communication software or apps.
Field services include onsite inspection & repair, inverter swap & fitting, inverter maintenance, and customer visits.
Collect product failures, output feedback on major quality issues, and coordinate with staff in HQ to improve product quality.
Work reports, troubleshooting documentation, and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications Power electronics major preferred, preferably in the photovoltaic industry.
Ability to learn multi-series products quickly.
Spanish is mandatory.
Adaptable to frequent business trips, hard-working, able to work under high pressure, and willing to contribute to the company.
Familiar with basic instrumentation such as multi-meter, 485 tool, etc.
Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong ability to implement goals and plans.
