Responsibilities

• Provide all Growatt product technical support in Spain, including remote support via telephone, email, and social communication software or apps.
• Perform field services such as onsite inspection and repair, inverter swap and fitting, inverter maintenance, and customer visits.
• Collect product failure data, provide output feedback on major quality issues, and coordinate with headquarters staff to improve product quality.
• Prepare work reports and troubleshooting documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

1. Major in Power Electronics preferred, especially in the photovoltaic industry.
2. Ability to quickly learn multiple series of products.
3. Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Willingness to undertake frequent business trips, hardworking, able to work under high pressure, and committed to contributing to the company.
6. Familiarity with basic instrumentation such as multimeters and 485 tools.
7. Proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork skills, and ability to implement goals and plans.
