We are looking for a Technical Sales and Product Manager Food Ingredients.

You will sell Food Ingredients to the Food Industry and source Food Ingredients from our suppliers.

• Sales area: Madrid, Spain (office-based with 6 days home office possible)
• Main activities: visiting clients, expanding business with existing customers, exploring new markets
• Our client is an international ingredients distributor
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in Food Ingredients or similar products

Responsibilities include:

• Knowledge of industrial food customers in Spain
• Technical and commercial knowledge of cereals, grains, flours, flakes, etc.
• Customer & supplier relationship management
• Portfolio management and identifying new opportunities
• Market analysis and competitive landscape assessment
• Product management for various ranges and suppliers
• Negotiation with suppliers

Requirements:

• Degree in Food Technology or Food Chemistry
• Ability to solve technological problems and a passion for food product development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• High willingness to travel
• Highly organized, reliable, positive attitude
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Valid driving license
