Vitamin Well Group seeks a Social Marketing Activation professional to lead Barebells’ digital presence in Spain, translating business goals into social strategies and activations that grow the brand and engage the audience.

You will focus on organic social and Creator Marketing, building creator partnerships and content flows, while supporting broader digital initiatives and collaborating with local and global teams to bring campaigns to life in the Spanish market.

Formación

• 3–4 years in Social Media and/or Brand Activation.
• Experience developing and executing social-first strategies.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the Social and Activation strategy for Barebells in Spain, focusing on organic social media and Creator Marketing.
• Own Barebells' presence across relevant social platforms, including content strategy and pillars.
• Develop Creator Marketing initiatives and build creator partnerships.
• Manage social campaigns, activations and product launches from idea to execution with timelines and stakeholders.
• Ensure content works organically and supports Paid Social and D2C with global collaboration.
• Analyze platform data and trends to drive activations and improvements.
• Collaborate with Brand Management, Sales, E‑Commerce and Global Marketing.
