Vitamin Well Group in Madrid is seeking a Social Marketing Activation lead for Spain to bring the brand to life on the local market. You will drive activations, creator collaborations, partnerships, and community initiatives, coordinating events, sampling, and brand experiences to reach the right audiences.

You will work with the Spain Social Marketing team reporting to the Head of Social Marketing Spain, coordinating multiple stakeholders across internal and external partners, and ensuring

Formación

• 3+ years of experience within activations, partnerships, creator marketing, community building, events, or similar areas.
• Experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience working with consumer brands, ideally within FMCG, lifestyle, sports, fitness, or entertainment.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A structured way of working and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• A hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage relationships with creators, ambassadors, partners, and relevant communities.
• Plan and execute events, activations, sampling initiatives, and brand experiences.
• Support product launches through activations, creator collaborations, and community initiatives.
• Coordinate product seeding and brand sends.
• Lead projects from planning through execution and follow-up.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across multiple ongoing initiatives.
• Manage timelines, logistics, products, materials, and activation requirements.
• Support content productions through creator, location, product, and stakeholder coordination.
• Work closely with Content and Online Community to maximise the impact of activations and partnerships.
