Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en fuerzas del orden o gestión de riesgos.
• Certificación de Director de Seguridad activa.
• Postgrado o certificaciones adicionales en seguridad son deseables.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar y actualizar el modelo de seguridad según los requisitos del negocio.
• Definir procedimientos de seguridad en todas las Unidades de Negocio en España.
• Encabezar investigaciones de incidentes de seguridad.

Mission:

The Security Manager will oversee the security model, establish policies and procedures, manage security systems, and investigate security incidents to meet the Group's needs.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the security model according to business requirements.
• Define security procedures across all Business Units in Spain.
• Develop the company's security policy, including manuals and training for staff and providers.
• Lead investigations into security incidents and conduct interviews as needed.
• Draft reports on security incidents.
• Select and negotiate with security providers regarding systems and services.
• Coordinate with Law Enforcement Agencies and external stakeholders.
• Propose modifications to standards, equipment, maintenance, and services.
• Manage security personnel operations.
• Develop and coordinate intelligence analysis.
• Collaborate with all national Business Units' Security areas.
• Motivate and lead the Security Team in Spain for optimal performance.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Security, Criminology, Law, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in law enforcement, loss prevention, risk management, or investigations within a private or public sector.
• Active TIP Security Director Certification.
• Desirable: Postgraduate, Master’s, or additional certifications in Security (e.g., TAPA, Wicklander, Zulawski).
