A leading consumer electronics company is seeking a Store Manager for its Barcelona location. The role includes overseeing store operations, managing P&L, and conducting staff training to enhance service quality. Candidates should have over 2 years of experience in store management, be fluent in English and the local language, and possess a strong passion for retail.
Job description:
1.In charge of store operation management, including staffing, inventory management, customer service, and store display, to ensure operational efficiency and service quality and provide customers with satisfactory service experiences;
2.Responsible for the store P&L, monitor and analyze operational data, and adjust operation strategies in a timely manner to ensure the achievement of operating goals;
3.Manage and train the store operation team, formulate and implement training plans to improve the overall quality and service level of the team.
Requirements:
1.More than 2 years of store management experience in the mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry would be preferred;
2.Fluently in both the local language and English, both orally and in writing;
3.With strong passion for retail, strong learning ability, excellent cooperation spirit, and a sense of ownership.
