Santander Asset Management is seeking an Accounting & Control Sr. Analyst based in Boadilla (Madrid area) to lead month-end closing, budgeting, liquidity reporting, and statutory accounts across SAM Group entities.

You will liaise with auditors, risk management, and cross-country teams; require strong IFRS knowledge, Excel skills, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. This role offers hybrid work and global exposure.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a similar accounting/controlling role.
• Experience as external auditor is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and coordinate month-end closures for entities within scope.
• Prepare monthly management reporting and accounting information for stakeholders.
• Lead annual budgeting and business planning with global collaboration.
• Prepare statutory accounts and impairment tests and liaise with auditors.
• Collaborate with Third Party Risk Management and procurement for compliance.
• Coordinate liquidity reporting and dividend planning for SAM Group.
• Analyze accounting implications of new projects with global partners.
• Provide capital contribution reports and monitor deviations.
• Support ESG reporting for SAM Group.
