Outcome1Ai is an early-stage European AI company building AI-powered Digital Employees that take ownership of defined business roles. This Individual Contributor role gives you full ownership of the Spanish market, selling to mid-market companies and shaping our commercial approach in Spain.

You will identify opportunities, build and execute a structured sales plan, and engage business decision-makers to drive growth across the Spanish mid-market.

Formación

• Experience selling to senior business decision-makers.
• Proven track record in mid-market segments.
• Ability to develop and execute structured sales plans.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Own the commercial development of Spain and identify mid-market opportunities.
• Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers across target accounts.
• Build and execute a structured sales plan for the Spanish mid-market.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities to grow revenue in Spain.
