Outcome1.AI is seeking a hands-on Go-to-Market Representative to build our Spain presence from the ground up. You will own the commercial development of Spain, prospect mid-market firms, and engage senior stakeholders to show how our AI-powered Digital Employees can transform operations.

This is an individual contributor role with full ownership, a €45,000 base plus uncapped performance pay, and participation in the ESOP program.

Formación

• Proven experience in modern B2B new-business sales.
• Able to sell to C-level decision-makers.
• Experience selling SaaS/AI or consultative solutions.
• Strong prospecting, pipeline building, and closing skills.
• Structured, urgent, startup-minded and customer-obsessed.

Responsabilidades

• Own the commercial development of Spain and target mid-market.
• Build and execute a structured sales plan.
• Develop relationships with ICP decision-makers.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with founders to refine market approach.
• Maintain an active pipeline and hit ambitious targets.
