Outcome1Ai is an early-stage European AI company building AI-powered Digital Employees that take ownership of defined business roles. This Individual Contributor role gives you full ownership of the Spanish market, selling to mid-market companies and shaping our commercial approach in Spain.

You will identify opportunities, build and execute a structured sales plan, and engage business decision-makers to drive growth across the Spanish mid-market.

Formación

• Experience selling to senior business decision-makers.
• Proven track record in mid-market segments.
• Ability to develop and execute structured sales plans.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish.

AI 's presence in the Spanish market. This is an Individual Contributor role with significant ownership of the Spanish market. You'll own the commercial development of Spain, identifying and engaging mid-market companies that could benefit from Outcome1.AI's Digital Employees. Build and execute a structured sales plan for the Spanish mid-market companies, identifying and prospecting new business opportunities.

• Are comfortable selling to business decision-makers and senior stakeholders
• 45,000 gross annual base salary, plus a performance-based variable component with uncapped earning potential.
