Outcome1.AI busca un profesional de ventas B2B para construir y liderar la presencia comercial en España, desde cero, con oportunidades de negocio en empresas medianas.

La función implica gestionar todo el ciclo de ventas, desde la prospección hasta el cierre, y trabajar estrechamente con los fundadores para refinar el enfoque de mercado. Se valora iniciativa y capacidad de trabajar de forma independiente.

Formación

• Experiencia en ventas B2B modernas.
• Capacidad de construir pipeline y cerrar ventas sin inbound.
• Experiencia vendiendo SaaS/AI o soluciones B2B consultivas.
• Enfoque estructurado y orientado a resultados.
• Alta motivación y sentido de urgencia.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar un plan de ventas estructurado para España y el segmento mid‑market.
• Construir relaciones con los decisores clave de ICP.
• Gestión del ciclo completo de ventas: prospección, demostración, negociación y cierre.
• Comunicar claramente el valor de las Digital Employees de Outcome1.AI.
• Gestionar tu propio pipeline con ciclos de venta cortos y objetivos ambiciosos.
• Trabajar con los fundadores para refinar el mensaje y el enfoque comercial.

Help build the Future of Work in Spain.

Outcome1.AI is building a new generation of AI-powered Digital Employees - frontier AI systems that don't simply assist people, but can take responsibility for defined business roles.

We're an early-stage European AI company with ambitious plans to transform how businesses operate. We are backed by strong investors and supported by leading technology ecosystems including Microsoft, NVIDIA and AWS, and we're now expanding our commercial presence across Europe.

We're looking for a hands-on B2B new-business professional to build Outcome1.AI's presence in the Spanish market. This is an Individual Contributor role with significant ownership of the Spanish market. You'll work directly with the founders to build our sales presence in Spain from the ground up.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a mature territory, a long-established playbook and a large inbound pipeline. You'll help build the market!

What you will do:

You'll own the commercial development of Spain, identifying and engaging mid-market companies that could benefit from Outcome1.AI's Digital Employees.

You will:

• Build and execute a structured sales plan for the Spanish mid-market companies, identifying and prospecting new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with the ideal ICP decision-makers across various business functions.
• Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery through product demonstration, negotiation and close.
• Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how Outcome1.AI's Digital Employees can create business value.
• Build and manage your own pipeline, moving quickly through relatively short sales cycles and consistently working toward ambitious targets.
• Work closely with the founders to refine sales messaging, and market approach, sharing customer insights to help shape the business.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for a high-energy, exceptionally driven, commercially minded salesperson who can operate independently and build from scratch.

You might be a strong fit if you:

• Have proven experience in modern B2B new-business sales
• Are comfortable selling to business decision-makers and senior stakeholders
• Have experience selling SaaS, technology, AI or another consultative B2B solution
• Know how to digitally and personally prospect, build pipeline and close business, not simply manage inbound leads
• Take a structured, organized approach to sales activity
• Are commercially hungry and motivated by measurable results
• Move with extreme urgency, adapt easily and don't get discouraged by setbacks
• Have a strong customer-obsession and genuinely want to understand the business you're selling into
• Are comfortable operating without a fully established playbook
• Are going bonkers about AI and excited about the transformation it can bring to businesses
• Have a genuine startup operator mentality: you see ambiguity as an opportunity rather than a problem

Compensation

€45,000 gross annual base salary, plus a performance-based variable component with uncapped earning potential. Commission is linked to new business generated and paid quarterly. Participation in the Outcome1.AI's ESOP program.
