Freenow by Lyft in Spain is seeking an Operations Growth Manager focused on Demand to own the local growth strategy and boost rides. You will act as trusted advisor to the General Manager, leading cross-functional growth projects and turning data into actionable insights across Product, Pricing, Marketing and Local Operations.

Travel ~20% and fluency in English and Spanish are required, with a hands-on, results-driven approach to scale Freenow's local market impact.

Formación

• 4–5 years in Operations, Consulting or Tech with end-to-end project delivery.
• Hands-on, execution-focused, and data-driven with strategic thinking.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into operational insights.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets, Tableau, SQL; Python a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own growth of Freenow by Lyft Spain, prioritise and deliver high-impact initiatives increasing rides.
• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, define GTM for local market.
• Develop business cases, performance analyses and exec recommendations.
• Lead growth projects end-to-end from planning to optimization.
