A leading company in the fertilizer industry seeks a Sales Manager to develop and manage international fertilizer sales. The role involves creating sales plans, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with customers. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Agronomy or related fields and at least 3 years of experience. Fluency in a foreign language is required, and candidates must be willing to travel internationally.
1. Develop fertilizer sales plans, investigate and research the international fertilizer market, and collect information about local farmer customers in the target market.
2. Contact and approach potential customers, negotiate contracts, complete contract signing, and achieve annual sales targets.
3. Track the implementation of signed contracts (production, transportation, collection of foreign exchange, etc.) and address related issues promptly.
4. Manage international customer relationships, including communication, meetings, receptions, and visits.
5. Supervise payment recovery from customers to reduce accounts receivable.
6. Assist customers in developing sales policies and promote sales.
Job requirements :
1. Degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Pesticide Science, or related fields such as Agronomist or Seed Industry.
2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in agriculture or fertilizer industry.
3. Willing to travel internationally.
4. Good communication skills and execution ability.
5. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a foreign language, with the ability to communicate directly with foreigners.
6. Must be a local citizen.
