A leading company in marine bioindustry seeks a sales professional to develop and implement fertilizer sales plans targeting international markets. The role involves contract negotiation, customer management, and requires relevant experience in agriculture or fertilizers. Strong communication skills and the ability to travel internationally are essential.

Formación

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in agricultural or fertilizer industry.
  • Willingness to undertake international business trips.
  • Local citizen requirement.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop fertilizer sales plans and research the international fertilizer market.
  • Negotiate contracts, achieve annual sales targets, and manage customer relationships.
  • Track implementation of contracts and assist in developing sales policies.

Descripción del empleo

1. Develop fertilizer sales plans, investigate and research the international fertilizer market, and collect information about local farmer customers in the target market.

2. Contact and approach potential customers, negotiate contracts, complete contract signing, and achieve annual sales targets.

3. Track the implementation of signed contracts (production, transportation, foreign exchange collection, etc.) and address related issues promptly.

4. Manage relationships with international customers, including contact, meetings, receptions, and visits.

5. Supervise customers to recover payments in a timely manner and reduce accounts receivable.

6. Assist customers in developing sales policies and promoting sales.

Job requirements:

1. Degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Pesticide Science, or related fields; college degree or above.

2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the agricultural or fertilizer industry.

3. Willingness to undertake international business trips.

4. Good communication skills and strong execution ability.

5. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a foreign language, with the ability to communicate directly with foreigners.

6. Must be a local citizen.
