Formación

• Degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, or Pesticide Science.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the agricultural or fertilizer industry.

Spain Fertilizer Sales Manager

Working language: English

Job duties:

1. Develop fertilizer sales plans, investigate and research the international fertilizer market, and collect information about local farmer customers in the target market.
2. Contact and approach potential customers, negotiate contracts, complete contract signing, and achieve annual sales targets.
3. Track the implementation of signed contracts (production, transportation, foreign exchange collection, etc.) and deal with related issues promptly.
4. Manage international customer relationships, including contact, meetings, receptions, and visits.
5. Supervise customer payments to recover dues timely and reduce accounts receivable.
6. Assist customers in developing sales policies and promote sales activities.

Job requirements:

1. Degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Pesticide Science, or related fields; college degree or above.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the agricultural or fertilizer industry.
3. Willing to undertake international business trips.
4. Good communication skills and strong execution ability.
5. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a foreign language; able to communicate directly with foreigners.
6. Must be a local citizen.
