Une entreprise dynamique recherche un vendeur international de fertilisants. Vous serez responsable du développement des ventes, de la négociation de contrats et de la gestion des relations clients à l'international, tout en assurant un suivi des performances de vente. Les candidats doivent posséder un diplôme pertinent en agronomie et avoir au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le secteur.
1. Develop fertilizer sales plans, investigate and research the international fertilizer market, and collect information about local farmer customers in the target market.
2. Contact and approach potential customers, negotiate contracts, complete contract signing, and achieve annual sales targets.
3. Track the implementation of signed contracts (production, transportation, foreign exchange collection, etc.) and address related issues promptly.
4. Manage international customer relationships, including communication, meetings, receptions, and visits.
5. Supervise customer payment recovery to reduce accounts receivable in a timely manner.
6. Assist customers in developing sales policies and promote sales.
Job requirements:
1. Degree or above in Agronomy, Soil Science, Pesticide Science, Seed Industry, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in agriculture or fertilizer industry.
3. Willing to undertake international business trips.
4. Good communication skills and strong execution ability.
5. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a foreign language, with the ability to communicate directly with foreigners.
6. Must be a local citizen.
