A leading agribusiness is seeking a Sales Manager to develop fertilizer sales plans and manage client relationships. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Agronomy and at least three years of relevant experience in the agricultural industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel internationally.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop fertilizer sales plans, investigate and research the international fertilizer market, and collect information about local farmer customers in the target market.
  • Contact and approach potential customers, negotiate contracts, complete contract signing, and achieve annual sales targets.
  • Track the implementation of signed contracts (production, transportation, foreign exchange collection, etc.) and address related issues promptly.
  • Manage international customer relationships, including communication, meetings, receptions, and visits.
  • Supervise payment recovery from customers to reduce accounts receivable.
  • Assist customers in developing sales policies and promote sales activities.

Job Requirements :

  • Degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Pesticide Science, Seed Industry, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably in the agricultural or fertilizer industry.
  • Willingness to undertake international business trips.
  • Excellent communication and execution skills.
  • Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a foreign language, with the ability to communicate directly with international clients.
  • Must be a local citizen.
