The role requires a degree in Agronomy or related fields and extensive experience in the agriculture sector. Descripción del empleo

1. Develop fertilizer sales plans, investigate and research the international fertilizer market, and collect information about local farmer customers in the target market.

2. Contact and approach potential customers, negotiate contracts, complete contract signing, and achieve annual sales targets.

3. Track the implementation of signed contracts (production, transportation, foreign exchange collection, etc.) and address related issues promptly.

4. Manage international customer relationships, including communication, meetings, receptions, and visits.

5. Supervise customers to recover payments timely and reduce accounts receivable.

6. Assist customers in developing sales policies and promoting sales.

Job requirements:

1. Degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Pesticide Science, Seed Industry, or related fields.

2. 3 or more years of relevant experience, preferably in agriculture or fertilizer industry.

3. Willing to travel internationally.

4. Good communication skills and strong execution ability.

5. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a foreign language, with the ability to communicate directly with foreigners.

6. Must be a local citizen.
