A leading company in agricultural solutions seeks a Sales Manager to drive fertilizer sales. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and requires a degree in relevant fields. Ideal candidates have several years of industry experience and must be local citizens willing to travel internationally.

Formación

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the agricultural or fertilizer industry.
  • Willing to undertake international business trips.
  • Only local citizens are eligible.

  • Develop fertilizer sales plans and investigate the international market.
  • Contact potential customers, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage relationships with international customers and oversee payment recovery.

Conocimientos

Degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Pesticide Science, Seed Industry or related fields

Descripción del empleo

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop fertilizer sales plans, investigate and research the international fertilizer market, and collect information about local farmer customers in the target market.
  • Contact and approach potential customers, negotiate contracts, complete contract signing, and achieve annual sales targets.
  • Track the implementation of signed contracts (production, transportation, foreign exchange collection, etc.) and address related issues promptly.
  • Manage relationships with international customers, including communication, meetings, receptions, and visits.
  • Supervise customers to recover payments in a timely manner and reduce accounts receivable.
  • Assist customers in developing sales policies and promoting sales.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Pesticide Science, Seed Industry, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the agricultural or fertilizer industry.
  • Willing to undertake international business trips.
  • Good communication skills and strong execution ability.
  • Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a foreign language, with the ability to communicate directly with foreigners.
  • Only local citizens are eligible.
