A leading company in the fertilizer industry seeks a sales professional to develop sales plans and manage international customer relationships. The role requires a degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years' experience. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and be willing to travel internationally.

Descripción del empleo

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop fertilizer sales plans, investigate and research the international fertilizer market, and collect information about local farmer customers in the target market.
  • Contact and approach potential customers, negotiate contracts, complete contract signing, and achieve annual sales targets.
  • Track the implementation of signed contracts (production, transportation, foreign exchange collection, etc.) and address related issues promptly.
  • Manage relationships with international customers, including contact, meetings, receptions, and visits.
  • Supervise customer payment recovery to reduce accounts receivable.
  • Assist customers in developing sales policies and promoting sales activities.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Pesticide Science, Seed Industry, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the agricultural or fertilizer industry.
  • Willing to undertake international business trips.
  • Good communication skills and strong execution ability.
  • Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a foreign language to communicate directly with international clients.
  • Only local citizens are eligible.
