Formación

Spain Fertilizer Sales Manager

Job duties:
  1. Develop fertilizer sales plans, investigate and research the international fertilizer market, and collect information about local farmer customers in the target market.
  2. Contact and approach potential customers, negotiate contracts, complete contract signing, and achieve annual sales targets.
  3. Track the implementation of signed contracts (production, transportation, foreign exchange collection, etc.) and address related issues promptly.
  4. Manage international customer relationships, including contact, meetings, receptions, and visits.
  5. Supervise customer payments to ensure timely recovery and reduce accounts receivable.
  6. Assist customers in developing sales policies and promote sales.
Job requirements:
  1. Degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Pesticide Science, Seed Industry, or related fields; college degree or above.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in agriculture or fertilizer industry.
  3. Willing to undertake international business trips.
  4. Good communication and execution skills.
  5. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a foreign language to communicate directly with foreigners.
  6. Only local citizens are eligible.
