DPE International is expanding its Spanish branch and seeks a skilled cost estimator to bridge architectural design and construction costs across Spain. You will build local cost databases, source subcontractors, and prepare bank‑friendly valuations for international clients.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Construction Sites within the Spanish market.
• Fluent in Excel and able to interpret complex technical drawings.
• Native or bilingual fluency in Spanish and professional fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Bridge the gap between initial architectural design and real-world construction costs.
• Manage budgets and local sourcing in Spain with bank‑compliant offers.
• Update ERP systems, price variations, and analyze work-package balances.
